Project Announcement: A collaborative drainage project with Angleton Drainage District, CIty of Angleton, and Concourse Development is set to begin on Monday, February 1, 2021, and take approximately four months to complete. This project will replace a 48-inch culvert under Henderson Road with 2 - 11ft by 9ft box culverts to improve the Rancho Ditch drainage conveyance. The wooden pedestrian bridge will remain in place for the public to use until the proposed sidewalk on Henderson is complete. At that time, the wooden pedestrian bridge will be removed. Henderson will be closed to all traffic between Buchta Road and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church beginning February 8, 2021, through May 31, 2021. The intersection at Henderson and Buchta will remain open.
