The Angleton Ladycat Sofball team was presented with a resolution officially recognizing
the tremendous effort put forth by each member of their team. The 2009 Angleton Ladycat
Softball Team experienced one of the most successful seasons in Angleton history with a
32-9-1 record, winning the District Championship, advancing to the Class 4A State Semi-finals, and finishing the season as State Champion runner-up.
