Robert Heinemeyer has been the Public Works Director for the City of Angleton since October 1, 2002. Robert has lived in the Angleton area for the past thirteen years and worked in the Angleton area for the past thirty three years. Robert previously worked for an area engineer under whom he had most of the same duties he now has as Public Works Director.
Robert is currently an active memeber of the Angleton Noon Lions Club where he is second Vice-President. Robert served as president of the club from 2004-2005.
Previously Robert was president of Brazoria Little League in 1985, president of Brazoria Jaycees in 1980-1981 and was a City Councilmember for the City of Brazoria from 1985-1994 and is a Charter Member of the Brazoria Chamber of Commerce.
