Kacey has been employed by the City of Angleton since November, 2004. Kacey was born and raised in Bay City, Texas moving to Angleton in 1992. Before employment with the City of Angleton, Kacey worked for FedEx as a customer service representative and also with the Brazoria County District Attorney's office in the misdemeanor court division. She serves as the Utility Billing supervisor and also handles the accounts payables for the city. She enjoys working with the public and strives to find ways to help others out in times of need.
She is actively involved in her community and volunteers her time with the women's ministry at her church, Trinity Christian Center, helps out with the Angleton Noon Lion's club yearly golf tournament and spectacle spectacular 5k run, the annual Jingle Bell Fun Run, and is an active Alumni member of the Angleton Citizen's Police Academy.
Kacey enjoys photography, camping, hunting and spending time with her husband Tim and son Wesley in her spare time.
