Dear customers and friends, welcome to Angleton’s Virtual Park & Recreation Center! As of Monday, May 18, 2020 the Angleton Recreation Center has opened its doors to the public. Please visit our Angleton Parks and Recreation Facebook page for procedures and policies that are in place. Although playground equipment, pavilions and public restrooms are closed, all of our parks have open fields and trails for you to enjoy. 

Our Parks & Recreation Department is committed to provide you with ways to help you and your family stay active and entertained. C25K Free - The free eight-week program gives users three workouts per week that get you ready for your next race. 

Strava - Running & Cycling - If you’re a serious runner or cyclist, you need one place to keep track of your most recent runs and rides, and no app comes close to the capabilities offered by Strava.

Daily Yoga - Offers more than 100 yoga and mediation videos. Plus, there’s a library with detailed videos of more than 500 poses.

The Houston Zoo - Camp Zoofari is an immersive experience for children ages 4-16. Campers explore the Houston Zoo, meet Zoo animals and make new friends while learning about animals and how to save them in the wild.
