Inadvertently the Utility Billing Department has printed and mailed out the incorrect water bills for August. Depending on which zone you live, you either received a previous water bill from April or July. This mishap only affects customers who receive their bill by mail. If you receive your bill by email, it is correct. If you pay your bill by automatic draft, the right amount was debited from your account.
If you pay the amount of the incorrect bill and there's a remaining balance from your August bill, you will not receive a late fee. The outstanding balance will be added to your September utility bill.
