NOTICE: Effective 3/24/2020, City Hall, and Public Works will be closed to the public to keep our employees and citizens safe. Please find information about City Departments and procedures.

Municipal Court: Most payments can be made online at http://angleton.tx.us/182/Court-Payments

You can also call to make traffic payments at 1-800-444-1187
If you have any questions regarding your payments, please call the Municipal Court Office @ 979-849-2471.

Utility Billing: For New Water Service- The customer will need to print out & fill out Water Application & Customer Agreement form from the city website. We will also need Closing Disclosure or Renter’s lease (with the same name on application) to go with the application. There is a $75.00 deposit & $25.00 connect fee. This can be made by either check, money order, credit card information via phone. Once all documents have been received, water will be turned on. Customer’s may either drop off forms in the dropbox or emailed to Water Supervisor@ ccampbell@angleton.tx.us.

For a Landlord 2 week clean up- Same as above except no deposit. If the Water Department already has your information, just call us to start service.

The Disconnect of Service- application is available online.

All applications needed for New Service or to Disconnect Service are also available in the 24 hr. Visitor’s Information Center at City Hall on Orange Street.

Please call when you have submitted your applications to verify we did receive them.

Permit Department: Please find information online at http://angleton.tx.us/133/Building-Service-Department or call 979-849-4364

Public Works: Call the mainline at 979-849-4364 extension 5200, email at jsifford@angleton.tx.us, or drop an e-gov request online at https://www.egovlink.com/angleton/action.asp.

Animal Services:  Animal Services will be providing only essential services. These services include responding to aggressive animals and bite cases. Some of the types of calls we will not be responding to are as follows ;

Animal at Large

Request for traps

Trapped Wildlife

Animal Nuisances

Again, we will be only responding to aggressive animals and bite cases. Owner Surrenders will not be accepted

We will continue to work with adopters, fosters and rescues by appointment only. To make an appointment please call 979-848-5696 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 PM.

We are operating with limited staffing, and thank you for your patience as we work through this extraordinary health event together.
