  • The billing due date is the 25th of each month.

  • The cut off date is the 5th of each month after the due date.

  • If you make your payment after the due date of the 25th of the month, you will incur a 10% penalty added to your account and receive a late mail notice. This is considered your 2nd and final notice after the bill being your 1st notice.

  • If you do not pay your bill before the cutoff date and are put on the cutoff list, you will automatically get a $25 penalty added to your account with no notice sent by mail.

  • If you are in zone 1 (Northside) your garbage days are every Tuesday and Friday. If you are in zone 2 (Southside) your garbage days are every Monday and Thursday. Everyone gets serviced for recycling on Wednesday every week.

    Here you can look up your water usage and even set it up to send you alerts to your cell phone if your meter catches any out of the ordinary usage!

  • The following items are needed to start a new service:

    There is a $75 deposit and a $25 service fee that must be paid before service can start.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot add a second account holder. We can, however, add a person who is authorized to make changes or access information in the notes on your account.

  • Yes, you can set up auto pay online with your debit or credit card or we can set up auto pay in the office for you with a voided check and an auto draft form.

  • You can call our automated call system at 1-866-299-7086 and follow the prompts. Then, you will choose to manage your payment options.

  • The billing cycles run mid-month to mid-month. So, for example if your bill is due on July 25th the billing cycle is from the middle of May to the middle of June. This is because we cannot bill for utilities ahead of being used, so we must wait until they are used and then get readings to bill for. The month you are paying for is your past usage.

  • Waste Connections gives us a time frame of 7-10 business days to have your garbage bins delivered after ordering them.

  • We can make payment arrangements for accounts that have had a leak and have proof that they have fixed the leak, such as a receipt for the plumber. We do not make payment arrangements for accounts that are high due to past due payments.

  • Yes, you can add a second water account to your online payment account if you have the same email address registered for both accounts. However, you cannot have two accounts for the same email address with the water portal.

  • The voluntary charges are charges that you opted into when you set up the service and filled out your application for new service. These charges go to help the EMS, Volunteer Fire Department or Keep Angleton Beautiful to help with supplies and other expenses. If you would like these removed, you would need to let us know before your next bill process. We CANNOT remove these charges on your current bill, just for future billing.
