Waste Connections will return to the regular heavy garbage pickup schedule beginning June 1.
- Zone 1: 1st & 3rd week of the month (have it out on Monday)
- Zone 2: 2nd & 4th week of the month (have it out on Monday)
Waste Connections will still pick up fencing, but it must be within the guidelines. If it is a lot, Waste Connections may charge an additional fee.

Waste Connections, Inc. has notified the City of Angleton that it will increase Garbage Collection rates for contractual CPI-U. Inflationary increases will go into effect on February 1, 2025. The new residential rate will be $23.55 for the first container. All other rates, including commercial and dumpster rates, will increase by a similar 2.6%.
